Project Description: This federally funded project consist of realigning the highway and railroad from MP 97 to MP 99, adding a pathway from MP 96 to MP 99, resurfacing the existing roadway from MP 99 to MP 101, reducing the grade of the roadway north of Bird Creek, and constructing a parking lot near Bird Creek. Other work includes Bird Creek Bridge, culverts, guardrail, striping, signing, topsoil and seeding.
