Project Description: This federally funded project will consist of reconstructing Dowling Road to a 5-lane facility between the Old Seward Highway and Lake Otis Parkway. A separated pathway will be constructed on the north side of the roadway and a sidewalk will be constructed on the south side. The project will also be constructing a “roundabout”.
