Project Description: Raise, widen, and surface approximately 2.0 km of existing roadway from the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Ted Stevens Way to the intersection of Ted Stevens Way and the road to the Kotzebue Cemetary. The work includes surveying, embankment construction, paving, installation of drainage structures, installation of erosion protection, signing and striping.
